The question typically

July 29th, 2010

The question typically sounds like this ? in our Great Plains CustomerID is different from bank customer ID. This is right, but each check has Bank Account Number and Bank Routine Number, identifying the customer, all you need to do is ? carefully review first processing and enter this customer info, or open it here: Cards>>Sales>>Lockbox Bank Details ? and next time you get check from this customer ? lockbox will catch and identify it. This is true even in the case of hand written check.

? Invoice Number Matching. This is a bit tricky question, and you can?t catch invoice number from hand written check. However when we are talking about large businesses ? these checks have invoices printed. If you bank has so-called Automatic Clearinghouse (ACH) lockbox file format ? it can provide invoice number line if the check is issued by corporate or midsize established business. In the case of ACH header will have prefix 6 and line prefix 4.

? No Invoice Number Matching. This is still OK if you have a lot of small customers with one or few outstanding invoices. In this case ? use autoapply method.

Near your stereo

3. Once it is installed, go to Start > All Programs > Airport Express Assistant

4. You will be asked if you want to set up a new base station or make changes to an existing one. Choose to set up a new base station.

The entire workings of the transmission

July 29th, 2010

The entire workings of the transmission are extremely complex and full of wires, sensors, and lots of rubber seals and O-rings. The water will cause the rubber parts to swell and leak, and the sensors and electrical components will soon succumb to rust and water damage as well.

So what can you do to protect yourself from buying a flooded time bomb?

Be cautious of every used car on the market.

Take your time inspecting and test driving. A good deal today is usually a good deal tomorrow too, so don?t succumb to pushy sales people.

Inspect under the driver and passenger seats for obvious signs of rust on the seat tracks and metal seat frame.

Look at the headliner (the fabric on the roof inside the car).

It can get rather confusing, but

July 29th, 2010

It can get rather confusing, but that is what this guide is for; so you have an idea of what to look for!

Section II ? Visual Aspects

It is important to consider the appearance of the instrument you are seeking. This section of course varies with each individual person. However, it is important that you are happy with the way your guitar looks. After all, you?re buying your first guitar and you will probably keep it for a number of years. Do you like solid colors such as blue, red, green, or white? What about clear finishes or sunburst? Is the body style appealing to you? This is all personal choice right? Well, yes and no. If you have the money obviously you can pick whatever you want, but keep in mind that within just about any particular brand of guitar, solid colors generally cost less than clear finishes and sunbursts.

BETHEL TWP., Miami County — When she woke up on Saturday, April 14, 2007, Julie Broerman was a wife, mother and career woman with experience in bank management and marketing for local businesses.

The next day, Julie was a widow and the head of the heating, air conditioning and ventilation company her husband had started two decades earlier.

Ed Broerman, 40, had died of a heart attack. Julie Broerman, her family and friends were shocked, but they did not have much time to dwell on Ed Broerman’s death. The firm, Ed’s HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, had customers to serve.

Employees and their families were called with the news over the weekend. On Monday morning, everyone went back to work

Alternatively, are you applying

July 28th, 2010

Alternatively, are you applying for jobs you really have no chance of getting? If so, don?t waste your time or the time of the employer who might eventually have a job that suits you that you should be applying for.

2. You are getting interviews but not job offers.

If you are unable to close the deal in the interview process, look for possible problems: Are you coming across as too aggressive or laid back during interviews? Are you asking for too much money? Is your style of dress turning interviewers off? Are you better on paper than you are in person? Get as much feedback as possible (ask for positive

and

negative feedback) from any employer you interview with who has turned you down for a job. Make improvements for future interviews by fixing your mistakes.

3. Are your references hurting you?

This can be a difficult one to figure out but are you certain that your references are speaking as highly of you as you hope and expect? I?ve done references that actually hurt the candidate! Yes, bad references do happen and they can cost you jobs. Carefully think about who you are using as references and determine if they are helping or hurting you.

Henry Ward Beecher warned

July 28th, 2010

Henry Ward Beecher warned us, “It is not work that kills men; it is worry. Work is healthy; you can hardly put more upon a man than he can bear. Worry is the rust upon the blade.” It also gives us worry wrinkles.

A cheerful heart is a contented heart. Discontent is a poison that spreads through our system when we decide that someone else is brighter, or has more than we do, or is happier than we are. Change only two letters and we go from content to contempt. The word contentious begins with content. Perhaps we need to lop off the I-O-U-S from our life and get back to being content! It’s too easy to get bogged down in what we think others owe us..

Blackheads removal:

Combine one fourth cup boiling water with one teaspoon of Epsom salt and three drops of Iodine. Let mixture cool until it’s comfortable to the touch. Saturate a cotton ball with this mixture and dab on blackheads. This will allow the black heads to loosen so they can be easily squeezed with a gauze pad.

Two grant schemes helping town centre move foreward

Two grant schemes helping town centre move foreward

0 Comments | Northern Echo, Jul 28, 2010 | by Catherine Priestley

A PART of a town which traders feared would be forgotten when a supermarket relocated will receive a triple boost.

Business people in the north of Bishop Auckland were concerned for their future when Asda moved from the Newgate Centre to a superstore at the former Wilson’s Forge site in 2002.

Like many small town centres, Bishop Auckland’s has suffered as a result of the economic downturn, with the north of the town being badly hit.

But it is hoped that two grants schemes and plans by awell-known high street retailer to move in will turn round its fortunes.

Town mayor and cafe owner Councillor Lesley Zai, said: “I think we’ve lived through the fears and bad times after Asda moved.

“The reality is that there are empty shops up and down the town. I hope, however, that we’ve come through the worst. Some of the empty shops are now starting to fill, and initiatives such as these can only help to keep pushing inthe right direction.”

The funding schemes are part of Durham County Council’s overall regeneration plan for the town, and four retailers have already signed up.

Grants of up to [pounds]20,000 are available to help companies to improve their premises in the historic Fore Bondgate area, and small businesses to get established.

Regeneration officer Ross Cowling said: “We hope the grants will build on the small number of niche retailers thriving on Fore Bondgate and, in doing so, create further job opportunities, and build on visitor numbers, boosting the whole town economy.”

Cabinet member for regeneration and economic development, Councillor Neil Foster, said: “Fore Bondgate is steeped in history and has a really unique character that many people already enjoy as part of their visit to this vibrant town centre.

“Quite simply, we want to make it even better, while retaining its unique atmosphere.”

The council’s regeneration team will support fledgling businesses for a year, to give them a stronger chance of survival.

Just around the corner from Fore Bondgate, health supplies firm Holland and Barrett hopes to move into 14 Newgate Street.

The company has applied to the county council for planning permission to alter one of two Greggs bakery outlets in the town.

For information on the targeted buildings initiative call Mr Cowling on 01388-761134 or email ross.cowling@durham.gov.uk For for the empty shops initiative, call Joanne Urquhart on 01207-218063 or email joanne.urquhart@durham.gov.uk.

GOLF ROUNDUP Korean Shin rallies to win LPGA event [Corrected 09/15/

0 Comments | Florida Times Union, Sep 14, 2009

Jiyai Shin arrived at the course around 5:30 a.m., then began her final round a couple hours later in one of the first groups to tee off.

A championship was the furthest thing from her mind.

“I wanted to just make under par,” Shin said.

Shin accomplished that modest goal and a whole lot more Sunday, rallying from a seven-stroke deficit to win the P&G Beauty NW Arkansas Championship in Rogers, Ark. Shin shot a 7-under 64 and outlasted Angela Stanford and Sun Young Yoo in a sudden-death playoff at Pinnacle Country Club.

Shin, an LPGA Tour rookie from South Korea, now has three wins on tour this year, the most of any player.

EUROPEAN PGA TOUR: James Kingston of South Africa captured his second European Tour title, beating Anders Hansen of Denmark on the first playoff hole at the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Cologne, Germany.

Kingston was two shots ahead with two holes to play, but had a bogey on the 17th after Hansen had a birdie. Kingston (69) and Hansen (67) both finished regulation at 13-under 275 at the Gut Laerchenhof course.

WALKER CUP: The United States won its third consecutive Walker Cup, taking five singles matches and halving another for a 16 1/2-9 1/2 victory over Great Britain and Ireland at Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pa.

Americans Ricky Fowler and Peter Uihlein won all four of their weekend matches, and Cameron Tringale won in an 8-and-6 romp in the third-largest winning margin by a U.S. player in singles.

NATIONWIDE TOUR: Josh Teater’s 68 in the final round of the Utah Championship in Sandy was good enough for a four-shot victory, his first-ever on the Nationwide Tour
